four-color literature that details three models in a new line of economical
round-bowl finishing machines is now available from ALMCO, Inc.
The company's new VibeMaster Series includes models with tub capacities of 3, 5.3 and 10.6 cubic feet, with fewer automated features than other ALMCO round bowls while delivering the same performance, reliability and efficiency, the company said. The key difference is manual versus automatic separation of metal parts and abrasive media at the conclusion of the deburring process.
"Compact and space-saving, the high-energy VibeMasters feature an extended screen deck and a thick, molded polyurethane-lined bowl for longer life and protection against part impingement,' said a spokesperson. "They also feature variable adjustable amplitude, AC variable frequency drive and an optional economy compound pump.
"ALMCO's new literature summarizes the multiple benefits and ideal applications of VibeMaster units while giving complete specifications for each model. Company engineers and sales staff note that the new line is especially designed for smaller, low-volume shops where non-automatic parts/media separation is acceptable."
