Bremen Castings Inc. Receives ISO Certifications

Bremen Castings Inc. (BCI) has earned its ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016 certifications. A technical specification for the automotive sector quality management systems, International Automotive Task Force (IATS) has become one of the most widely used international standards in the automotive industry, harmonizing the different assessment and certification systems in the global automotive supply chain.
"By obtaining IATF 16949:2016 certification, BCI ensures its customers that it is achieving the best practice when designing, developing, manufacturing, installing or servicing automotive products," said a company spokesperson.
Because BCI is auditing its processes, as well as having a certification body audit, the Bremen Castings' customers do not need to audit BCI. It is because of this that IATF 16949 has become a necessity for many companies to compete in the worldwide marketplace.
The IATF 16949:2016 certification is held in conjunction with the ISO 9001:2015 registration.
