The Sitel MK3 X50 from Dapra Marking Systems is a portable, pneumatically actuated machine for very deep part marking. This high-performance hand-held model is easily transportable to mark large, heavy components. It is suitable for marking parts that have been painted over, and metals that will be subjected to surface treatments (varnishing, sandblasting and galvanizing), such as frames, tanks, pipes and heavy structures.
Pneumatically actuated direct part marking systems create deeper marks on all types of metals (including hard metals), plastics and wood than electrical solenoid systems. They additionally provide better definition when marking logos and graphics due to their high-frequency operation. These dot peen/vibropeen marking systems are constructed from heavy-duty components to stand up to the harshest industrial conditions. Mark variable alphanumeric text, serial numbers, date and time, logos, drawings, Data Matrix codes and more, on both flat and curved surfaces. The X50 features a remote 7" touchscreen programming box. Some models feature robust, reliable, integrated touchscreen controls. All ship with easy-to-use software.
