Hendrick Announces ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The Hendrick group of companies, including Hendrick Manufacturing, Hendrick Metal Products and Hendrick Screen, have announced that all companies have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The new ISO 9001:2015 standard requires companies to meet higher requirements than the prior standard. It is focused on quality management systems and performance that aligns with a wider business strategy. With greater emphasis on risk-based thinking and accountability, companies must concentrate on the external perspective of customers and other stakeholders. The new standard affects all organizational processes to support communications, efficiencies and continuous improvement.

"We are proud that all Hendrick divisions have the processes in place to earn ISO 9001:2015 certification. It offers an increased promise to our customers that we are dedicated to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction," said Mike Drake, CEO of Hendrick. "Because of the stringent certification process, it demonstrates how much each Hendrick employee cares about the quality of what we do throughout all our business segments."
