CAMplete Solutions Partners with Doosan and GROB

CAMplete Solutions Inc. has partnered with Doosan Machine Tools America and GROB Systems Inc. to offer CAMplete TruePath to new and existing customers.

Doosan Machine Tools Partnership

Doosan Machine Tools America offers a complete lineup of turning and machining centers for small to large sized parts. The high-speed, high-precision 5-axis machining centers enable ultra-high-precision, simultaneous 5-axis control for aviation and medical parts, and 5-sided machining centers offer economically feasible multi-facet/complex shape machining, depending on customer needs. CAMplete TruePath will be available for purchase for all Doosan Machine Tools America milling machines.

"Offering CAMplete's TruePath software allows us to provide a proven, universal post-processor that also includes verification and optimization for the most efficient use of our customers' Doosan 5-axis and 5-sided milling machines," said Jim Shiner, Director of Sales and Marketing, Doosan Machine Tools America. "The collision detection offered with TruePath brings peace of mind, lowers the learning curve for those new to 5-axis machining, and truly helps save time and money. Given all the benefits of TruePath, partnering with CAMplete for our 5-axis and 5-sided product offerings was an easy choice."

"We are excited to be partnering with an industry leader like Doosan Machine Tools America," said Jeff Fritsch, VP Sales and Marketing, CAMplete Solutions. "As one of the world's largest CNC machine tool builders, this partnership will provide our mutual customers with a rock solid out-of-the-box solution. This is a tremendous added value for any new and existing Doosan customer, especially as both machines and software get more complex every year. Customers are noticing and invest heavily in 5-axis machines, and this new partnership is here to ensure they get the most out of their machine. We are honored to be part of Doosan Machine Tools America's growth and look forward to helping people transition safely and easily to 5-axis machining."

GROB Systems Partnership

GROB Systems builds universal 5-axis machining centers. "Its unique retractable spindles provide unmatched accessibility to the workpiece in a collision-free environment. GROB machines are easy to install and maintain and provide outstanding performance in high-precision industries like medical, aerospace, mold and die," and a company spokesperson.

CAMplete TruePath will be available for purchase for all universal machining centers offered by GROB.

"Working with CAMplete allows GROB to provide its customers with a universal post-processing solution, regardless of their preferred CAM software," said William Vejnovic, VP Sales, (GROB) Universal Machines. "Implementing CAMplete as a proven and factory-supported product will be highly convenient for our customers and efficient for our applications engineering team."

"We are honored and excited to be partnering with GROB," said Fritsch. "This partnership will provide our mutual customers with a complete and easy to use solution for their milling machines. As machines and software continue to become more advanced, the need for a solid post-processing and verification software is now greater than ever. This partnership will enable our customers to get the most out of their GROB machine."

CAMplete TruePath

CAMplete TruePath is an easy-to-use application that takes a user from a CAM system to a 5-axis machine efficiently and safely. Using toolpath data from all industry-leading CAM systems, TruePath's customizable post-processor allows output of NC programs the way users need, with no on-machine editing required. Five-axis simulation, visualization and verification tools give users the confidence of knowing how a machine will behave before running a single line of G-code.
