Extra Large Through Hole Chucks

Gator ISO9001-2015 Certified Factory offers a variety of extra large through hole medium and heavy duty scroll and independent lathe chucks. Chuck bodies are made of quality semi-steel or forged steel.
Chucks are designed for pipe machining, welding or other special operations. They can be mounted on horizontal lathes, VTLs and different kinds of indexers and welding fixtures. They are available with plain back, direct or front mounts. The chucks can be installed on the lathes individually or in pairs.
All chucks are provided with two-piece American Standard Tongue and Groove Jaws. Jaws, scrolls, pinions, operating screws are hardened and ground. Three and 4-jaw designs give the customer good gripping flexibility. These chucks can be used with different kinds of the soft or hard top jaws.
Heavy duty chucks come with extra wide HD top and master jaws. All Gator chucks meet ANSI, DIN and ISO standard requirements. Standard execution chucks and replacement parts are available from stock. The chucks can also be made according to customer requirements.
