KYZEN Announces the Next Clean and Green Seminar

KYZEN plans to co-host the next Clean and Green seminar to the metal parts manufacturing industry in April. The event will take place April 18 and 19, 2018, and at co-host Stericycle in Inglewood, CA.

The event provides an in-depth overview of the latest changes in government regulations that are affecting nPB, TCE and HFC chemistry users in manufacturing facilities across the United States. Attendees can choose to attend one of the two days – both will provide the same technical sessions and hands-on testing throughout the day. Training is free, but space is limited. Sign up at www.kyzen.com/voc-free.

The technical sessions of the Clean and Green seminar provide attendees with an comprehensive review of the latest changes in solvent regulations affecting parts cleaning and a quick guide on how to become VOC-compliant.

Industry experts will present sessions focusing on improving many aspects of parts cleaning in manufacturing including:

Recent U.S. Government/EPA Changes Concerning nPB/TCE Used in Manufacturing Operations: This session will provide a current comprehensive look at EPA, OSHA and NESHAP solvent regulations reviews; the safety and performance of emerging new solvents; and market trends for solvent cleaning and more.

A Step-by-Step Guide to Help Prevent Corrosion: In this educational and interactive session, an in-depth overview of the problem will be provided, as well as an analysis of the required factors contributing to corrosion. Additionally, attendees will learn about the types of corrosion associated with the metal industry and the leading causes and ways to minimize them.

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities for hands-on testing, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own metal parts to test chemistries.
