The Mini-Titan, the new standard die cart line from Green Valley Manufacturing, offers a 250 to 2,000 lb. capacity range. "The Mini-Titan series is much safer and faster than using a forklift or manual pump cart and is designed with a variable height deck (or decks) with manual cart mobility via ergonomic push handle," said a company spokesperson. The transfer deck options include single or dual over & under decks, ball rollers, inline roller, steel and low friction UHMW surface. The standard design allows Green Valley to respond to its customers' die handling needs with minimal lead times.
Options available are:
- Capacity from 250 to 2,000 lbs.
- Power lift
- Power push/pull
- Transfer deck surface
- Single or dual decks.
The Mini-Titan series was developed to complement Green Valley's built-to-order line of Green Valley Titan mold & die handling equipment with capacities up to 140,000+ lbs. The new standard Mini-Titan line offers low cost and short lead times for applications with lighter loads.
