Ergonomic Trigger Gun for High-Pressure Cleaning

Kärcher's EASY!Force is a new trigger gun for professional hot and cold water pressure washers. The yellow and black trigger is at the back of the handle. The recoil of the water spray presses the handle into the ball of the hand, allowing continuous operation without additional force and effort.

Kärcher North America has introduced the EASY!Force trigger gun to its line of commercial cold and hot water pressure washers. The EASY!Force trigger gun uses the recoil force of the water spray to automatically hold the trigger down - eliminating sore hands after hours of use.

Workplace ergonomics expert Dr. Marius Pfaller tested the EASY!Force in real applications compared to current trigger guns on the market. "Static work, where a muscle remains contracted for a period of time without movement, is one of the main causes of muscular strain," said Dr. Pfaller. "This ergonomic solution supports the ability of the operator to work with the pressure washer for long periods without fatigue."

"Kärcher's trigger gun design also features a connection system that allows set-ups that are five times faster than existing systems; an EASY!Force valve that consists of a ceramic ball with ceramic sealing seat that is resistant to any particles liable to cause potential damage; and a mechanical safety to prevent accidental engagement for maximum safety without compromising its ease-of-use," said a company spokesperson.

The EASY!Force trigger gun will come standard with the purchase of select Kärcher cold and hot water pressure washers with a maximum pressure of up to 4,350 PSI. Kärcher has also designed adaptors that allow the trigger gun to be compatible with most existing pressure washers and accessories on the market.
