Sodick Breaks Ground on New U.S. Headquarters

Sodick Inc. has broken ground on the site of its new 40,000-foot headquarters facility. Representatives from the Village of Schaumburg as well as Northern Builders construction joined Sodick staff at the ground breaking. The new facility is located on a five-acre lot adjacent to I-90, nearby Sodick's current Schaumburg office. "The new headquarters will double the size of Sodick's current facilities and will better accommodate Sodick's increased sales volume," said the company spokesperson. Likewise, the facility will feature an expanded showroom, engineering bay, as well as a dedicated additive manufacturing technology center to house Sodick's OPM line of metal 3-D printers.
