Alliance Manufacturing Announces Promotions

Alliance Manufacturing, Inc. located in Fond du Lac, WI, has recently had some employee changes.
Tim Schilcher was promoted to Sales Manager. Schilcher started at Alliance as a Sales Engineer in 2015 and had previously worked as a Design Engineer at G&L (Giddings & Lewis). He stepped away from G&L for a time to pursue other interests. He ran his own business in Oshkosh for a couple years as a Project Engineer before returning to G&L (Fives Machining Systems) where he had spent the last eight years working in sales.
Andrew Breyer has also joined Alliance as a Mechanical Engineer. Breyer had recently worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Oldenburg Group Incorporated, a manufacturer of heavy underground mining equipment. While at Olenburg, he was active in all phases of product development from conceptual design to creating models and drawings. He also sourced components for engines, drivetrains, axles, hydraulic systems and other components. Breyer is well versed in SolidWorks and acted as a drafting coach while at Odenburg.
