Compact CNC Milling Machines

MHO has announced the Compact Mill line of precision CNC milling machines. The MHO compact mill is a precise, industrial quality CNC milling machine that is made in the U.S. Common applications include mold and die work, electrode CNC machining and the semi conductor industry.

"The Compact Mill has been designed from the ground up to hold tight tolerances and produce high quality parts. Manufacturing techniques are used throughout to tackle the tough small precision CNC jobs," said a company spokesperson. The Compact Mill has a small footprint and is available in 3- or 4-axis configurations, with or without automatic tool changers. A variety of spindle options are also available to meet machining requirements.

The Compact Mill utilizes the Centroid CNC controller for reliable long term operation. Along with all the Centroid standard features, Centroid precision CNC probing and digitizing and automatic tool height measurement are available options on the complete line of Compact Mills.

The Compact Mills are available in several sizes to meet the requirement of the job at hand. The various options are the Series 12 with a 12" x 12" x 6" work area, the Series 18 with 18" x 18" x 12" work area and the Series 24 with a 24" x 24" x 12" work area.
