Expanded Line of Neodymium Magnetic Assemblies

Master Magnetics, Inc. recently introduced 27 round base magnetic assemblies. These strong and versatile magnetic assemblies feature threaded bases or hooks, and provide a range of mounting and holding options for industrial and manufacturing industries where a strong, low-profile attachment is needed.

The new offerings include:

  • Grade 42 neodymium male and female threaded assemblies
  • Grade 42 neodymium J hooks
  • Rubber coated neodymium male and female threaded assemblies.

Grade 42 Neodymium Magnetic Assemblies

All of these magnetic assemblies include grade 42 neodymium magnets, fabricated into a zinc-plated, shallow cup assembly, which is then magnetized to provide strong holding strength. They provide strength in small size - ranging from 18 - 175 lbs. of pull with the largest assembly no bigger than 1.89" in diameter.

Rubber Coated Magnetic Assemblies

Each of these magnetic assemblies features neodymium magnets affixed to a flat steel disc and coated by a black protective rubber coating to prevent surface scratches. Ranging in pull strength from 20 to 105 lbs., these assemblies are available in three sizes in both the male and female SAE threaded models.

The black rubber coating protects against magnet corrosion, surface scratches and provides a higher slip resistance.
