Toyoda to Host Lunch n’ Learn August 4 at New Brighton, MN, Tech Center
August 4, 2016Toyoda will be hosting a Lunch n’ Learn event featuring ESPRIT. The event will be at its New Brighton, MN, Tech Center on August 4th from 11 AM – 2 PM.
DP Technology/ESPRIT Regional Manager, Mark Quartana will demonstrate the benefits of ESPRIT with attendees through live demos of ESPRIT’s Profit Milling Process Optimizing Software.
Featured machines will include:
• Toyoda FH500J HMC minimizes displacement and vibration caused by external forces to maintain cutting precision and provides a longer tool life. It is also equipped with NC controlled B-axis, fully programmable to 360,000 positions. The three axes achieve 2,362 IPM machining feedrates.
• Toyoda Stealth 1165 VMC features four Y-axis box guideways providing maximum rigidity and structural integrity. Cast-iron head stock paired with gear-driven spindle for high revolution accuracy and thermal stability. CT40 and CT50 ATC has a capacity of 24 tools changing in less than three seconds.
