TCI Powder Coatings Hires Business Development Manger for Southwest

TCI Powder Coatings, a subsidiary of RPM International Inc., has announced Rich Chappel as the Business Development Manager for the Southwest Region (Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico and Oklahoma). Chappel brings over 25 years of experience in powder coatings and the industrial market segment to his new position with TCI. For the past 16 years, Chappel has held several positions at Valspar in sales and market segment management. Prior to working for Valspar, he was an integral part of the team that launched the Lilly Powder Coatings business.

Chappel is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Business Administration (BBA). He will continue to reside in the Dallas, TX, area with his wife Martha.
