Partnership Provides Additive Manufacturing/3-D Printing Products, Services

Machine tool distributor Productivity Inc. has joined forces with Stratasys to offer customers and prospects the benefit of 3-D printing as a solution to their prototyping and manufacturing application needs.
"Now our customers will be able to streamline production and customize on the fly," said a Productivity Inc. spokesperson. "Our customers will have the ability to create prototypes from the same process and materials used for the final product to bring new products to market faster, thus enabling them to shrink the cost and risk associated with traditional production."
Stratasys Ltd. manufactures 3-D printers and materials for prototyping and production. The company's patented FDM and PolyJet processes produce prototypes and manufactured goods directly from 3-D CAD files or other 3-D content. Systems include 3-D printers for idea development, prototyping and direct digital manufacturing.
Productivity Inc. distributes a broad range of CNC machine tools, tooling and accessories and related metalworking products. It serves Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska and western Wisconsin.
