Manchester Tool & Die offers its Model M71-E-3 and Model M71-E-6 for tubes up to 1-1/2" in diameter. The M71-E-6 has a servo driven, six position rotary shuttle and the M71-E-3 has a pneumatically driven, three position shuttle, both of which are easily programmable through the machines' human machine interface (HMI).
"A servo flag stop system is available for quick, tool-free flag adjustments, which helps achieve quicker and more accurate set-ups," said a company spokesperson. "These electric tube end forming systems also feature independent stroke speed adjustment, easy access for tooling changeovers and service, energy savings and noise reduction."
Manchester Tool & Die supplies tube end forming equipment and tooling to a variety of industries, with machines ranging from 3/16" to 3" O.D. capacities.
