SupplyPro is offering several new products, including: SupplyLocker EXT Series, SupplyBay 3.0, SupplyBay's Fail-Safe technology, SupplyTower locker solution, SupplyPro Virtual Inventory Module (VIM), SBD-Maxx, SmartDrawer 48-Lid and the new SupplyLink Platform.
The SupplyLocker EXT Series is designed to extend material control beyond consumables. This industrial locker can manage tools, manufacturing and safety supplies and other assets. Two device options are available, an 8-door unit for controlling larger items and 16-door unit for medium-sized items, customers can choose the configuration that best fits their needs. The EXT Series is designed for existing SupplyPro systems and features LED lighting, Lexan clear doors and advanced control capabilities including tool and gage calibration, certification standards, lock-down requirements, loan periods, quantity limits, tool rotation and more. The SupplyLocker EXT series is paired with a SupplyBay with keypad and requires no additional application and support fees.
A core solution for SupplyPro, the updated SupplyBay 3.0 is designed for absolute control dispensing of high volume materials like gloves, cutting tools, batteries, abrasives, etc. SupplyBay is engineered to provide reliable dispensing with new features including wrap around LED lighting and swing-arm controller for easy refill.
SupplyBay's Fail-Safe technology is designed to provide secure transaction capture in the event of an internet failure using "store forward" technology, items selected in error can be placed in the return slot for re-entry to stock, servers hosted by AT&T at their regional operations center and "plug and go" technology, the company said.
The SupplyTower is a locker solution designed specifically for items that are tall and narrow, like torque wrenches. Rather than placing materials in a crib where access is either limited or open for anyone to take, the SupplyTower provides 24 x 7 x 365 access for items previously too long to fit in a standard locker.
The SupplyPro Virtual Inventory Module (VIM) allows clients with SupplyLinks to track transactions for products not physically within a SupplyPro device. With proper user participation, items are easily tracked with full SupplyPort reporting capabilities and business rules, the company said.
The SBD-Maxx harnesses SupplyPro's proprietary SmartDrawer Box Dispenser (SBD) technology to deliver control of more than 400 parts and tooling with no repackaging. It is designed to accurately provide discrete tool use and tracking analysis (by job, machine, etc.), automate use of reworks before new, provide electronic ordering and automated inventory alert notifications, eliminate waste and excess inventory and enforce return of used tools for inspection before operator can dispense again.
The SmartDrawer 48-lid doubles the capacity of a single SmartDrawer allowing individual control of up to 48 dispensing SKUs in one drawer. This cover is suitable for expensive carbide taps, reamers, inserts, batteries and drill bits. Specially designed sloped trays allow for easy part removal and loading.
The new software platform for SupplyLink 3.0 is designed to provide user-friendly experience enhancements along with a new capability, "Rapid Refill" for simple, self-guided and fast restocking of SupplyPro systems.
